The client was previously using an Excel based system to store all of their registrations, cases and much more. This was inefficient due to the nature of Excel - they would need to send the file amongst themselves and make sure it was updated properly.
This limited in what they could do as well, as connections between different parts of their systems were limited. This created the need for a bespoke CRM system.
We built a bespoke CRM system software for Kids Aid which is able to have all of their referrals come in from the website and then go into their cases. This will then let them manage their cases, assigning therapists to Therapy Interventions for each case, uploading any series of documents and more.
This system also allows them to properly schedule their Therapists in for multiple children at a time, but preventing any previous cases of overlap. Also once a child was scheduled, this would allow the therapists to fill out all their information about their sessions.
We also built a system around their fundraising aspect of their business, allowing them to monitor all of their current and past fundraising events in one easy to view and manage place.
Overall, this system will allow the team at Kids Aid to be able to work much more efficiently and save them ample time when it comes to working with the kids and therapists in their Charity.
