Synergy is a Leicester based recruitment company looking for bespoke CRM System. They were using shelf Recruitment CRM system which was widely used in recruitment world called Chameleoni, it was working for them on the permanent recruitment side but had quite a number of issues such as candidate portal where candidates can login and manage their profile with long onboarding forms they need to fill.
There was no way of their jobseekers to be able to upload the data themselves, and things such as CVs and the like would have to be maintained by Synergy admin staff. They wanted a CRM solution which provide them the candidate portal and client portal so that they can use self service options moving forward
As Synergy moved into Temp side of the recruitment then they need to manage timesheet, payment side of the business was just not working for them.
They found us via local networking group called BNI and we get on the job of building bespoke comprehensive software for them to automate most of their back-office functions.
We've helped them with a completly bespoke recruitment CRM and we developed a completely customised system, which allows the candidates to be able to login, manage all of their documents from bespoke portal, and apply for placements which streamline their processes and improved their Profitability and ROI.
Companies(clients) are also then able to sign in and see this data and allows them to move forward with placements. Jobseekers are then easily able to see the progress of their placements, and things are able to be sorted before everything goes ahead.
System is managing temp side of the business as well with full automatic shift planning, automatic timesheet generation and companies can login and approve the timesheet and candidate can login and see where they are going to work and how many hours they have worked last week and what is the payment they’re expecting.
This system is having variety of admin reporting and KPIs so that they can see which candidate is not punctual, calling sick all the time and not performing duties properly and these reports are quite important to them to maintain the high level of service they wanted to offer to their clients.
Now we have a plan to work with the client and convert this project into product so that it can help number of other recruitment agencies with their recruiting CRM needs specially who are struggling with their software or still using spreadsheet to manage their Temp side of recruitment business.

I'd like to place formally on record just how pleased we have been with the services of Damien from Web Alliance.
To put this into context, we have been using the same CRM for the past 9 years and although it didn't work exactly the way we did, it worked, and it got the job done, and it allowed the company to grow to where it is today.
