Since 2002, we've been using Microsoft Act to manage every aspect of our business. The Act technology is now dated. The volume of data was causing it to operate increasingly slowly and to occasionally crash. When the company who developed that software said that they could no longer offer support, that was the last straw.

However, when Ashish told me he designed the system around the way each client liked to work instead of them having to work the way the system works I was sold. I wanted very specific information around measuring my referral marketing plan. In particular to measure weighted activities into my business relationships and track the return on that investment in terms of referrals and sales. What we call our Scorecard. This used to be a tedious job each week that often was only half done. Ashish grasped what I wanted straight away and delivered a system that tallies that scorecard as an automatic feature of updating each person record as I go. What a huge saving in time and great data that I can analyse to make decisions. InTechnic is an Emission Control company where our engineers carry out the site visits to various depots and bring the pictures, files and job related paperwork from the sites and it use to take hours for our admin team to process those and then we were able to raise the invoices which was highly in-efficient manual system we had. Web Alliance then build a bespoke, quite complicated CRM system for our business. Now our engineers go with the digital job-card and all the images, notes and other jobs related data is transmitted to the office at real time and it made us quite efficient and now we're raising invoices as soon the job is done where previously we were waiting for days!
