Accentia Franchise Consultants were previously using a system called Lead-Handler. While the system in itself was not strictly terrible, they had a fair few grievances with it. The major problem was that they were paying £1,200 a year for every new franchisor they add in the system.
Initially that money was fine but when they gone to more than 30 franchisors then they realise they were paying more than whoopee £30,000 per year. And after all Lead hander was an off the shelf so it was not perfect.
They had a lot of Wishlist items build up for years and then come to us via our existing client who referred us in Accentia and all became history.
What we developed for them instead is a completely new bespoke fit-to-purpose system, where they would be able to add as many franchisors as they want to the system, while also still allowing each individual franchisor to be able to sign into the system as they had eith the Lead Handler, so as to not take anything away rather added tons of new features they were waiting for long tiem!!
We also have improved on the faults of the old CRM system, which has allowed it to be much more value of money.
We also added lots of items from their Wishlist to improve the system.
And don’t tell this to anyone that we’ve charged around half of their yearly spend to build the new system for them!!!
