National Association for Primary Education (NAPE) were using spreadsheet-based system to manage their members and membership payments etc.
The management were not able to get the desired reporting out of the current system so they wanted to have a system done for them which can manage their members better and can integrate with their website and their clients can login to the system and manage their profile and pay for the membership etc.
They wanted their members to be able to access the system and pay the membership online and manage their profile rather than ringing them on regular basis.
Their online enquires were not connected to the system as well so they had to manually add the enquiries to the system and then act on them. So some sort of automatic integration was needed there.
Our Solution:
National Association for Primary Education (NAPE) approached us for a membership management system where they can manage the member's subscription payments and send a monthly newsletter and other useful information.
We've developed an easy to use and manage system which automatically manages the subscription payments and also manages the newsletters circulation.
The system now integrates with their website where enquiries can be registered directly in the system and members can manage their profile and pay online by using PayPal.
All their members can login to the system and manage their subscription and manage their profile as well.
