InTechnic are a Emission control company who install and maintain Emission control devices on coaches across the country.
They were using multiple systems to manage their data and on top they needed to use the spreadsheets as well.
They want to track their engineers who carried out the site visit and needed to streamline the workflow so that engineer don’t have to work with paper-based documents and come back with pictures, data files which then needs hours of admin work.
They were having to fill out job cards manually, requiring workers to be counted on to accuracy while filling in the timesheet so that they can bill the client correctly and pay the correct amount to the engineer at the end of a month.
They also had a CRM system where they had to copy Excel based invoices on to and also had numerous excel sheets to store data such as fleet information of buses.
So they were looking for one comprehensive bespoke system to connect all the departments and work seamless and streamline the whole workflow.
What we have developed for them is a comprehensive bespoke system that allows them to store all of their bus information in, including different operators, depot, Operator and Ffeet information.
We have maintained a firm link between them all, but also allowing them to exponentially store more data on the system.
We also have allowed for their Job cards to be created digitally, and then printed if needed. We also have allowed them to schedule their engineers from the system, and furthermore, allow them to create jobs from within the system.
Variety of management (MIS) and personnel (KPIs) reports are being generated from the system which was the prime objective of the system at the first place.
Invoice / Xero Integration
