ELFG is an established Employment Law Firm that had to overcome many challenges with the existing case management process.
In this firm, the previously adopted approach was a paper-based case management system supplemented by spreadsheets and OneDrive in order to store scanned documents and associated information about cases.
Such a system resulted in inefficiencies at the firm and caused delays in case processing and retrieval of much-needed documents for the continuance of cases in process.
ELFG realised that out-of-the-box solutions could not meet their peculiar needs and sought a tailored system to manage their processes, improve efficiency, and handle documentation with ease.
Our Solution:
We are developing a very high-tech, yet simple, digital system that could help get rid of cumbersome paperwork for their needs. The customised solution stores all the details of every case comprehensively and also handles everything in a wholly digital way: critical dates and correspondences.
Solution Features:
Centralised management of documents:
The entire case history and related documentation is stored centrally in this system, making access and retrieval easy and hence reducing man-hours spent in searching for information.
Automating Forms: An integrated emailing system sends the client an option and security link to fill out their necessary forms in relation to a particular court case. These, once completed, are routed back to ELFG to continue the process of making sure accurate information flows and some burdens of administration are reduced.
Our Solution is built with scalability in mind to grow and be flexible. Currently, we find ourselves in continuous improvement whereby new features and functionalities have been included from time to time, matching the ELFG needs and keeping the solution up-to-date concerning efficiency.
The customised system has been a big game-changer for ELFG, really bringing their operational efficiency and case management to the next level. Feedback from the firm indicates that the solution keeps growing and supports their strategic goals.
