Case Management System Bespoke Legal Software

ELFG are the employment law firm who had previously been using a purely paper-based system and spreadsheets, with their clients being required to fill out the documents to make a case and was relying entirely on the OneDrive and spreadsheet based system to store scanned copies of documents and the related case related information. 

This started to take time to generate a case, causing it to take a lot longer than it really should for a case to be processed and taking more time to find the right document for the cases when needed on the urgent basis.

Initially they thought of using some off-the-shelf but ultimately decided to go for bespoke solution because there were not available readymade which can cater their needs. 

What we developed for them was very simple and really easy to use system that allows them to totally cut out the necessity for paper-based systems. 

They are able to store all of the details for the court case, including the individual dates, and also have an email system. This email will send out a link to a form, from there they are able to fill out a form relating to crucial documents for a court case, which when done, is emailed back to the team at ELFG.

This system is totally expandable so we’re now into extending mode where we keep on adding new features on monthly basis and client is quite pleased with the progress.
