The National Association for Primary Education, NAPE, used to manage membership data, including payments, on a spreadsheet-based system.
This approach became unwieldy when generating reports. The organization therefore sought an efficient means of handling the process. It needed a system that would handle members efficiently, integrated into the website, and where clients can log in to handle their profiles and pay membership online.
Besides, NAPE wanted to provide its membership with access to the system so that they may be able to perform online renewals and profiles management, hence cutting down on phone calls.
Besides, integration was not automated from their then-website inquiries to create, manually enter, and follow-up on the inquiry. It, therefore, remained critical to look out for automated means of integration.
Our Solution:
NAPE contracted our services for the design of a suitable integrated membership management system.
Our solution will allow them easily to manage subscriptions, automated sending of monthly News Letters, and any other information related to the members.
This system is friendly, integrated with NAPE's website, and allows the seamless registration of inquiries directly into the system. Members can manage their profiles and make online payments via PayPal, hence making it smooth and efficient.
Our system lets all members log in, manage their subscriptions, and update their profiles themselves, which really helps improve the user experience and operational efficiency for NAPE.
