Crispin Rhodes were using an off-the-shelf system called 'Pipe Drive' to manage their whole business, but it was simply no longer suitable for the business as they were grown out of it and the system was not growing with them and dragging them behind and they simply couldn’t work with it any more.
They wanted a workflow that is able to give their clients a specific portal to access certain parts of the CRM system, whilst their own staff is able to use the rest of it for their purposes. Their clients were also required to be able to raise issues and allow our system to help Crispin to respond to these issues.
We built for Crispin Rhodes a fully bespoke workflow system from the ground up, tailored to improve their current workflow. It has a client access where their clients can login and access their documents and upload documents as well. KPI reporting is an integral part of this system, it shows each person’s individual performance to praise the achievers and give a little nudge to the one who needed the most.
This CRM also has an integrated accounting system, where they can keep track of the expenses of the company and manage more of the monetary aspects of their company, such as sales by individua’s, which is a key piece of information for this CR want to have.
The system have got variety of reports for each departments.
Nothing is too much trouble. Web Alliance installed a bespoke system for us and were very responsive to the many small alterations we wanted so that the system worked for us.
This is still the case as we realise what more we can do with the system to improve our efficiency.
