Utility Payback is a system having energy consumers data and on their acceptance to go ahead and choose different energy supplier who will save them money over a year with cheaper energy rates and intoductioon offers. This system perform audit on the customer data and produce an audit report which will be used by the utility payback team to decide which energy provider to choose for that specific consumer, in order to maximise the benifit to the consumers and to the utility payback in terms of commisions.
