A bespoke CRM system sounds an expensive solution for a small business like mine. However, when Ashish told me he designed the system around the way each client liked to work instead of them having to work the way the system works I was sold. I wanted very specific information around measuring my referral marketing plan. In particular to measure weighted activities into my business relationships and track the return on that investment in terms of referrals and sales. What we call our Scorecard. This used to be a tedious job each week that often was only half done. Ashish grasped what I wanted straight away and delivered a system that tallies that scorecard as an automatic feature of updating each person record as I go. What a huge saving in time and great data that I can analyse to make decisions. Along the way, he has shown great patience as I was learning as I went and therefore wanted many changes before we reached a system that really worked the way my brain does. Imperial Corporate Events have stopped parallel working with their old CRM.

We at Web Alliance are glad to present the news that as of today, Imperial Corporate Events, a client which we have been working with for over a year now have stopped Parallel working with their aging system, which they had been using since 2002, and are now solely working on ours.
