Web Alliance wins Customer Commitment Award at Northamptonshire Business Awards

Northampton-based software development company Web Alliance has won the prestigious Customer Commitment Award at this year’s Northamptonshire Business Awards. The company was announced as the winner at the awards ceremony held at Sywell Aerodrome on Friday 11 September.

Organised by Northamptonshire Chamber of Commerce, the annual awards celebrate the businesses and individuals making an outstanding contribution to the county’s economy, with categories recognising achievements including growth, innovation, customer commitment, workplace wellbeing and leadership.

The Customer Commitment Award recognises Web Alliance’s approach to building long-term relationships with its clients and supporting them throughout the development and lifetime of their software. Rather than simply delivering a piece of software, the company works closely with customers from the earliest stages of a project, involving them throughout the development process and providing ongoing support as their businesses and requirements evolve.

That approach has helped Web Alliance achieve a customer retention rate of approximately 95% and an average customer rating of 4.9 stars.

Web Alliance designs and develops bespoke CRM, ERP, mobile app and workflow automation systems for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them replace spreadsheets, disconnected systems and time-consuming manual processes with technology tailored specifically to the way they work.
